When I first came across this listing I was in awe. I had never seen such a unique vacation rental, and the fact it was so close to home was even more exciting. Scrolling through the photos it was obvious this place had charm and style. But in my profession I strive for perfection, and the photos just weren't doing this place justice. I reached out to Patti and we agreed upon a two night stay in exchange for a little listing makeover!

Something's Not Right...
Okay, I want to start out by saying these photos are not AWFUL... but they are definitely not GREAT. The first photo is heavily pixelated and the second screams "clutter." Lets see what a little drone footage and telephoto lens can do for these outdoor angles.
After!
*Ahhhhh* I feel much better, don't you? The first photo is taken from the ground at an angle that shows off The Lookouts "Good Side". The second is taken from very far back with a telephoto lens. This suppresses the distance between the house and the mountain, giving a much more realistic idea of just how good of a view you get from that upper deck. This is something a phone camera could never accomplish... like, ever. The third is taken from (you guessed it!) a drone.

Again, nothing necessarily wrong with these photos. Sure, one is a little blown out and the other is busy busy busy. Let's see if we can work some magic!

Now I'm ready to book this place myself! Especially since I can perfectly envision myself in that hot tub thanks to a little thing I like to call "Lifestyle Photos"

Last But Not Least...
Let's circle back to LIFESTYLE (this is my favorite part.) Let's not forget about the single most important thing that has made your entrepreneurial vacay rental dreams come to life. PEOPLE! It's so so SO important to have people in your listing photos! Nothing is going to paint a better picture of what someone's vacation could look AND feel like if they decide to rent your space!
